The Professional High-Speed Jump Rope is technical equipment developed for physical conditioning, agility, motor coordination, and high-intensity training. Designed to meet the demands of sports routines such as boxing, martial arts, and functional floor training, this rope is ideal for practitioners seeking technical improvement in performing fast jumps and double unders.
The model features an integrated high-rotation internal bearing system, which minimizes physical friction and prevents cable tangling during movement, providing smooth, continuous, and fast spins. Its handles have an ergonomic shape and are coated with textured EVA foam, ensuring non-slip properties and moisture absorption for a firm grip. The 3-meter-long cable is made of steel filaments with a 2 mm diameter and a protective PVC coating, providing ideal weight for aerodynamics and impact protection.

Height Adjustment: Place one foot on the center of the steel cable on the floor and stretch the handles vertically. Adjust the locking mechanism at the ends so the handles align with your shoulder height.
Movement Dynamics: Keep your elbows close to your torso and rotate the cable mainly using wrist movement, performing low, cushioned jumps on the balls of your feet.
Storage: After training, store the equipment coiled in a smooth circular shape, avoiding folding or kinking the steel cable to preserve the PVC coating.
Maintenance Instructions:
To extend the durability of the cable’s PVC coating, prioritize using the rope on smooth surfaces, rubber flooring, tatami mats, or training mats. Avoid prolonged use directly on asphalt, rough concrete, or abrasive sidewalks.
Clean the foam handles only with a cloth lightly dampened with water and let them dry completely in the shade. Do not apply chemical products or solvents to the foam.
