The Jump Rope with Integrated Mechanical Counter is a sports accessory developed to optimize functional training routines, floor exercises, and general physical conditioning. The main technical feature of this model is the numeric counter integrated directly into one of its handles, which automatically records the number of complete rotations performed, allowing the user to precisely and quantitatively monitor the volume and progress of their activity.
The equipment features a simplified adjustment system that allows the cable length to be easily regulated, making it perfectly compatible with different user heights and experience levels. Its handles were designed with an anatomical shape to ensure a firm, stable, and comfortable grip during continuous movements, helping to develop motor coordination, dynamic balance, and agility.
Technical Specifications:
Type: Jump rope with integrated analog/mechanical counter
Cable Length: Adjustable (Compatible with different heights)
Handle Material: Injection-molded polymer with anatomical shape
Recording Mechanism: Mechanical counter via rotation in the handle
Intended Use: Functional training, gym routines, floor cardiovascular exercises, and general coordination
Package Contents:
1x Jump Rope with Integrated Mechanical Counter
Technical Adjustment and Use Guide:
Length Adjustment: Stretch the rope by stepping on the center of the cable with one foot. Slide the adjusters at the upper ends of the handles until the handle height aligns with your shoulder line. Lock the mechanism firmly.
Counter Operation: Before starting the set of repetitions, make sure to reset the mechanical marker using the reset button to ensure accurate movement counting.
Jumping Dynamics: Keep an upright posture, arms positioned close to the sides of the torso, and use the concentric movement of the wrists to power the cable, performing low jumps with mechanical cushioning on the feet.
Maintenance and Care Instructions:
It is recommended to use the equipment on flat, smooth surfaces, such as rubber flooring, EVA mats, or exercise mats, to reduce wear from continuous friction. Avoid direct use on highly abrasive surfaces such as asphalt or rough concrete.
To clean the handles, use only a clean, dry cloth. Keep the counter system free from external moisture or liquid immersion to preserve the internal gear components.
