The Jump Rope with Integrated Digital Counter is training equipment developed to provide practicality, control, and precision in monitoring physical activities and cardiovascular conditioning routines. The major differentiator of this model is the digital display positioned on one of its handles, which automatically and accurately counts the rotations performed during use, allowing the user to track the volume and progress of the workout quantitatively.
Made with lightweight, high-strength materials, the rope has a cable approximately 3.06 meters long, equipped with a quick-adjust system that adapts the equipment’s size according to the practitioner’s height. The handles have an anatomical shape and comfortable texture, ensuring a firm and stable grip even during continuous exercise sessions in gyms, studios, or home environments.

Technical Adjustment and Setup Guide:
Length Adjustment: Release the internal lock located at the upper end of the handle, slide the cable until the desired length is reached (with the handles aligned to the user’s shoulder height with the rope stretched under the feet), and re-engage the compression lock.
Operation: Before starting the set of jumps, make sure the counter is set to the starting number to ensure accurate rotation counting.
Jumping Dynamics: Perform the movements keeping the body aligned, arms close to the torso, and use mainly wrist flexion and rotation to power the rope.
Care Instructions:
It is recommended to use the equipment on smooth surfaces, rubber flooring, EVA mats, or exercise mats to minimize wear from rubber friction. Avoid highly abrasive surfaces such as rough concrete or asphalt.
To clean the handles and display, use only a clean cloth lightly dampened with water. Do not submerge the product in liquids and avoid direct exposure to weather conditions or extreme humidity to preserve the counting components.
